Young Chelsea full-back Ola Aina will again play his football away from Stamford Bridge during the 2018/2019 campaign with the player having joined Torino on a season-long loan deal according to The Blues’ official website.

The 21-year-old Southwark-born right-back spent last season on loan in the Sky Bet Championship with Hull City and it has now been revealed that the player will also spend the next nine months away from his parent club.

Aina has agreed to move to Torino, a transfer which should give the player his first taste of regular first team football in one of the top leagues in Europe. The Maroons finished in the respectable position of ninth in Serie A last season and have established themselves in the Italian top flight.

The youngster’s spell with Hull City last season was largely a successful one with Aina making 46 appearances in all competitions for The Tigers while he scored his first professional goal in an Emirates FA Cup third round victory over Blackburn Rovers in January.

Aina has spent the past decade with parent club Chelsea and has made six first team outings for The Blues. Chelsea rate the defender very highly and it has been confirmed that Aina has signed a new three-year deal with the club this week.
