Chelsea fans are expecting their side to face a significant test from Newcastle United at St James’ Park on Sunday according to the results of a series of exclusive Chelsea Presser fan polls.

The Blues must beat The Magpies and hope that Brighton and Hove Albion stun Liverpool at Anfield to finish in fourth position in the English Premier League table and qualify for next season’s UEFA Champions League.

Ahead of the match on Tyneside, we asked Blues fans whether they think their side will beat Newcastle United. This poll received some of the most spilt opinions of the season with just 56% opting for a Chelsea win, 25% for the draw and 19% for a home win.

In a second fan poll, we asked Blues fans how many goals they think Antonio Conte’s men will score against The Magpies. Two or three goals was the most favourable option with 38% of the votes while 25% think that Chelsea will score four or more. Just 6% expect the home side to record a clean sheet while 31% anticipate the one goal from The Blues.

On loan Chelsea attacker Kenedy is ineligible to play for Newcastle United on Sunday and we asked fans whether the player has a long term future back in South West London. The Blues faithful clearly believe in the youngster with 96% voting in support of the Brazilian ace.

The match is scheduled to kick-off at 3pm and will be screened live on Sky Sports Premier League.
