Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata is rumoured to have agreed to join Italian club Juventus this summer according to reports by Metro.
The 25-year-old Spanish international striker has played for Juve before after joining the club from Real Madrid in summer 2014 and the Italian media believe that the player could be poised for a return to Turin.
It has been reported that Morata may have verbally agreed to join Juventus, although it should be noted that there has been no official approach for the striker made to Chelsea, The player has struggled at times in his debut season in the English Premier League while it has been suggested that Morata has not settled into the English way of life and could favour a move overseas.
Chelsea paid a transfer fee of almost £60 million to sign Morata from Real Madrid last summer with Blues boss Antonio Conte having spent the previous 12 months chasing his signature. Morata has made 45 appearances for Chelsea in which he has scored 15 goals, however, he has also missed a number of fixtures through niggling injury problems.
Morata faces competition for his place in the Chelsea attack. January transfer window signing Olivier Giroud has hit the goal trail in recent weeks while Michy Batshuayi impressed on loan with Borussia Dortmund prior to injury.
