Chelsea will be hoping to end their long-awaited search for a victory in 2018 when Norwich City are the visitors to Stamford Bridge for an FA Cup Third Round replay on Wednesday evening.

The Blues have drawn all four of their matches to date in the current calendar year with their last three fixtures ending goalless.

Chelsea go into the match without defender Gary Cahill and midfielder Cesc Fabregas who both have hamstring injuries while new signing Ross Barkley was not registered in time to appear in this stage of the competition.

Blues boss Antonio Conte is set to rotate his squad and the likes of Willy Caballero, Davide Zappacosta, David Luiz, Danny Drinkwater, Willian, Pedro and Michy Batshuayi could all start the match. In recognition of good performances for the Development Squad at the weekend, Ethan Ampadu, Charly Musonda and Callum Hudson-Odoi could all find themselves in the matchday 18.

Norwich City make the trip to South West London without midfielders Tom Trybull and Marcus Edwards. German anchorman Trybull is out with a back problem while Tottenham Hotspur loanee Edwards was not registered in time for the tie. Fellow midfielder Marley Watkins could return after recovering from injury.

The match is scheduled to kick-off at 7.45pm and will be screened live on BT Sport 1 and BBC One.
