Two sides in top form meet at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday evening when Arsenal face Chelsea.

The home side are unbeaten in their last eight outings in league and cup while Chelsea have not lost for six matches themselves.

The Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is sweating over the fitness of defender Saed Kolasinac ahead of the meeting with the English Premier League champions with the player struggling with a knock. German midfielder Mesut Ozil is also a doubt for the match as he continues to battle to beat a knee injury.

Nacho Monreal, Aaron Ramsey, Santi Cazorla and Olivier Giroud are all definitely out.

Chelsea make the short trip across London with no new injury concerns, Defender Andreas Christensen could be recalled to the starting XI following his recent illness while the likes of Cesc Fabregas and Eden Hazard may also return to the side after being rested for The Blues’ last fixture against Stoke City at the weekend.

Arsenal have a good recent record against The Blues with Wenger’s men having avoided defeat in the two side’s last three meetings. Chelsea will be desperate to regain their advantage over the North Londoners in 2018 starting on Wednesday evening.

The match is scheduled to kick-off at 7.45pm and will be screened live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League channels.
