Chelsea will be hoping to build on their exceptional Emirates FA Cup victory against Liverpool in midweek when Everton are the visitors to Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues won 2-0 against Jurgen Klopp’s side to reach the quarter-finals of the competition and their attentions now turn back to the English Premier League as the blue side of Merseyside arrive in South West London.

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard will again be without midfield duo Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek for the match, although the pair are making good progress on the training pitch.

Winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has suffered a setback in his recovery programme while Mateo Kovacic has joined the youngster in the treatment room after picking up an Achilles injury. Willian is a doubt for the match after picking up a knock against Liverpool in midweek while Jorginho is suspended.

Everton make the trip to South West London without the services of defender Seamus Coleman who has a muscle injury. Midfielders Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Morgan Schneiderlin also remain out. Defender Lucas Digne could return.

Chelsea’s fixture against Everton is scheduled to kick-off at 2pm on Sunday afternoon and will be screened live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League channels.
