Chelsea have completed a stunning comeback to defeat Arsenal 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium this afternoon in the English Premier League.

The Blues were 1-0 down until Jorginho and Tammy Abraham netted late goals to turn the match on it’s head in North London.

Mason Mount troubled home keeper Bernd Leno early on with a free-kick which The Gunners stopper took two efforts to defuse.

The home side were soon in-front when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang headed in from close range at the other end.

Arsenal could have been two goals to the good at the break had N’Golo Kante not tracked back to perform a last-ditch tackle on The Gunners frontman Alexandre Lacazette.

Chelsea came out firing on all cylinders for the second half and Kante went close with an ambitious volley before Cesar Azpilicueta headed an effort wide.

Abraham then headed a chance over before The Blues levelled with seven minutes remaining. Mount curled a free-kick over the Arsenal back-line and Jorginho was on-hand to strike the ball home.

Chelsea were not content with the draw and four minutes later, Willian played Abraham through on goal and the forward made no mistake in finding the net from eight yards.

The Blues fans were made to bite nails during seven minutes of stoppage time but Chelsea held on for an important three points ahead of their New Year trip to Brighton & Hove Albion.
