Chelsea take on West Ham United on Saturday afternoon looking to maintain their strong push for UEFA Champions League qualification in the English Premier League.

The Blues take on a West Ham United side in poor form. The Hammers are winless in seven and the pressure is growing on manager Manuel Pellegrini.
