Chelsea will be hoping to return to winning ways in the English Premier League when London rivals West Ham United are the visitors to Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.

The Blues were narrowly defeated 2-1 by Manchester City at The Etihad Stadium last weekend, a result which saw them drop to fourth place in the English Premier League table and they will want to bounce back at the first attempt.

Chelsea go into the match having to deal with the blow of losing top scorer Tammy Abraham to a hip injury while winger Callum Hudson-Odoi remains sidelined with his long term injury problem. Antonio Rudiger and Ross Barkley are nearing fitness, although the game may come too soon for their respective returns.

West Ham United make the short trip to The Bridge without goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski who has a hip injury while midfielders Manuel Lanzini and Jack Wilshire are also out. Defender Issa Diop is unavailable with the player serving a suspension.

Former MK Dons and Millwall goalkeeper David Martin is being tipped to make his debut in place of Roberto following a couple of high profile errors.

The match is scheduled to kick-off at the traditional time of 3pm and has not been selected to be broadcast on live television.
