Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard’s superb campaign has been recognised with the player having been nominated for the PFA Bristol Street Motors Fans’ Player of the Year award.

The 28-year-old Belgian international ace has featured on 51 occasions in all competitions for The Blues while he has weighed in with 19 goals.

Hazard appeared in all but one of Chelsea’s fixtures in the English Premier League as The Blues regained their place in the UEFA Champions League after finishing third. The attacker’s contribution has seen him nominated for the PFA Bristol Street Motors Fan’s Player of the Year award alongside five other players, those being Manchester City trio Raheem Sterling, Sergio Aguero and Bernado Silva and Virgil van Dijk and Sadio Mane of Liverpool.

A most impressive season in a blue shirt to date has resulted in speculation mounting regarding Hazard’s future beyond the current campaign. The player is being tipped to move on after seven years at The Bridge. The forward could play his last game for the club in their UEFA Europa League final tie against Arsenal in Baku on Wednesday evening.

Hazard joined Chelsea from Lille in summer 2012 in a deal reportedly worth £32 million. The player has made 351 appearances for The Blues in which he has scored 108 goals.
